SPARWK is looking for an energetic, self-directed and articulate individual to lead the company’s product design from an innovative technological perspective. You will work alongside other C-Suite team members and take ownership of all company product and tech-design matters. To do well in this role you should have experience with IT and AI through education and preferably some extensive work experience.

You are positioned with an overall responsibility to define the vision for the product and produce a roadmap for reaching this vision. Your tasks include collaborating with our QA testers and engineers to best meet the needs of our clients by implementing solutions during product development. Regularly evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product development and marketing, as well as experience with the music industry and application design. We are looking for you who has a positive attitude and good communication skills to effectively share your knowledge and vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with QA testers / engineers as well as prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

• Defining the vision for the team’s product

• Creating a product road map based on this vision

• Reporting the progress to CTO and relevant C-Level executives

• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

• Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

• Developing user stories

• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

• Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master's degree, or MBA.

• Experience in a similar position.

• Strong IT and Software development background, including an understanding of innovative AI tech

• Experience with corporate governance.

• Proven negotiation skills.

• Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.

• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.

• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.

• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.

• Ability to continuously update knowledge on other innovative tech products in the same market.

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master's degree, or MBA.
